I don't watch "America's Got Talent" but a friend sent me this today.  You can just tell by her speaking voice that she has a mature voice but she just blows this song away.  One of my favorite songs too.

I love to see young people with a gift. And especially the ones that don;t really know yet what they have been blessed with.

This young lady seems to have an ear AND a voice for music at a young age.
