Just read on ITAT that LOLMiss starts a true frosh center and has a guard out...leaving a true frosh to replace him.

Can anyone confirm?

If true, Fairley will kill Masoli in the first quarter.

Don't tease me.

Line has not moved any and they are still taking bets.  One would think if something that dramatic happened Vegas would adjust.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Don't tease me.

According to http://olemiss.rivals.com/cdepthtext.asp

Their center is, indeed, a true frosh.

Both backup guards are also freshmen.  So, assuming a starting guard is out, this is the case.

Fairley might have 23 sacks tomorrow night.

EDIT NOTE: Just looked a little closer and one of the STARTING guards is a frosh.  That means that it is possible that all three interior linemen will be true freshmen.

A little research reveals that the nafoomers expect Junen to lose the starting spot.

He's a Fr, shown on the depth chart as the backup OG, but has apparently been starting lately.  His backup, I assume, is Jr Alex Washington.

That means that the starting interior line will be a frosh center, frosh guard and a Jr guard who lost his starting spot to a Fr.

Still should make for a nominal obstacle for Fairley at best.

Well, shit, now I'm really confused.  There is this post from a LOLMiss poster on ITAT that indicates 3 Fr on the interior:

Starting center is a TRUE FR....One guard is a Grey-shirt FR who started the first 5 games at center before getting hurt against Kentucky....He got well during the off week and was moved to guard and ended up drawing the start against Arkansas last Saturday....Other guard is a TRUE FR {WALK ON} from Huntsville Alabama.......We were an upper classmen O-Line the last couple of years when we won 9 games each year.....We knew this year was coming, we just thought the defense {who IS an upper classmen laden team at DT and LB} was going to be good enough to allow our offense to come along at a slow pace.....O well.....With Freshmen at both guards and at center, we will not have alot of success against most teams when it comes to short yardage and goal-line type situations.

Either way, Fairley should have a monster day.

Other injury notes:
http://blogs.clarionledger.com/um/2010/10/27/jackson-looking-doubtful-for-auburn/

And a little support for Wes' findings:
http://blogs.clarionledger.com/um/2010/10/28/for-markuson-and-um-offensive-line-its-a-weekly-puzzle/

So thats:
A.J Hawkins     Frosh  Center
Patrick Junen  Frosh  Guard
Jared Duke     Frosh  Guard
(Can we say good night Masoli)

..And the Ole Miss leading tackler out.

I think I just came in Sani's pants... nothing makes me hotter than watching an opposing QB scraping grass and mud out of his face mask... just so he can see in which direction he needs to stagger to reach the safety of his own sideline...

Well wes, I think your findings were right on. Fairley and the DL was taking candy from the Ole Miss OL all night.

Fairley made some noise, but he didn't dominate like I thought he would.  Could have been the holding that wasn't called all night.  Fairley was clearly the focus of the LOLMiss OL.

Yeah, he didn't kill Masoli or anything but he in the backfield all night even with all the holding going on. I saw many others back there chomping at the bit too. All the double teaming on Fairley opened it up for others on D. Its like Fairley is our Newton on defense.

Heading back to Atlanta. Usual results at the casino. Auburn looked very good on offense. More methodical this week, but I think that's what we wanted to show with the likes of UGA and bummer coming up. UTC is a scrimiage and UGA will be over in the third quarter.

bummer has a real good chance tp beat us, but I think we scrpae out the win to set up AU USCe. That game should be a snap. Oregon is going to be a good game unless our defense plays like  it did this week. I think they will rise to the occasion.

I think they thought they had to be a bit more disciplined with the pass rush vs a QB that could run too.  That may have slowed him down a bit, and it might not have showed in the stats with Sacks, but Masoli didn't hurt us bad after the 1st Q really.  I thought the Defense played fairly well from about the 2nd Q on, until the scrubs were put in late.

Since the Ackbar costume fell through, I'm going as a rebel pedo bear for Halloween.

Got a red cowboy hat and a cut-out Pedo Bear mask I got online and colored in with photoshop. It's high quality shit. I'm torn as to whether or not I wear it in the game. Obviously, I've got to wear my orange Auburn shirt. A good mix?
By the way...
