So, they're hanging their hats on the induction of Saban into the Hall of Fame....

The Independence Bowl Hall of Fame.

As I read it I can only hope we have no inductees into that HOF ever. 

You have to play or coach in it to be eligible.

Don't think so.  The Independence bowl has only technically been around since 2003 in it's current name and form.
