Word on the skreets is that Auburn is ready to sit before the judge. Yo, Perry, I thought you said that "forgetting" to register for classes was an honest mistake that's icolated to a single case ????? Damn shame.

what does "icolated" mean?
-
what does "icolated" mean?
It's like isolated but way cooler.

Instead of putting someone in bed and covering them with ice, you put them in bed and cover them with frozen bottles of cola. As in "But doctor, you tolds me to icolate him."
-
It's like isolated but way cooler.
It seems your spelling may be one of the factors contributing to why you are 25 and still in college.

Keep trying...BTW, take a look at your predictions for Todd's passing yards tonight against UT. How many yards did McElroy have today?

Maybe, but I'm 26 not 25. It also could have something to do with me not starting college until this past year. It's hard to graduate in only 1 year, don't you agree? Especially when you're working 2 full time jobs (which I am), supporting 2 sons (which I am), a stay at home wife (which I am) while paying my own way (which I am) without using a cent of student loans (which I'm not) while working my fucking ass off to have a 4.0 (which I have).
Yeah, that could be it also.

Congradulations B'ham, you just won the Tiger X scholar of the week award. Your gift is one beer, which you have to pay for yourself.
All kidding aside, your doing great and way to go. Thats something to be proud of even though your a bammer.

Were you aware of any of the things I mentioned above before I just said it? When a smart ass comment about why I'm still in college is made I'm certainly not ashamed to tell you the real reason and at what cost it comes. I work at an institute for mentally retarded children (if you were wondering why I fit in so well here) and have had 3 off days in the last 38 days. To paint the reason I'm "still in college" as me being an illiterate dolt is something I take as na opportunity to set my record straight, since it was certainly being questioned.
If I was patting myself on the back I would've told you that yesterday (while doing all of the above mentioned things) my wife and I are now debt free. Something we've been working on for 5+ years now. That too, I'm very proud of.
I think it's clear now that I'm the best person on this thread. Let's toast to me. You start, Ogre. To b-ham :bar:

Did I ever tell you about the time Birmingham was in a production of The King and I? Well anyway, before the show, Birmingham chloroforms the entire cast, and slowly eats them in front of the audience for two hours. The production got pretty good reviews.

I wrote most of War and Peace also. Mention that too.

So anyway, Birmingham would put on a white tie and tails and walk his cobra through the park on a leash. He named the cobra Beverly, and he taught it how to fetch and dial a phone. But then one day it bit the maid. So with tears in his eyes, Birmingham had to shoot the maid.

maybe if you spent less time worrying about Auburn you could be more productive at work and get a merit increase. Then you could quit your other job. By the time you get out of school, you will be in your 30's. That'll really impress future employers! Here's some advice, save your money. Maybe I would feel differently if you didn't come on here all of the time, showing your ass.

Props where they are due. Keep chugging along and you will be blessed. Not that I am overflowing with wisdom, but I think it is fair to say that if you can make it through all of this adversity, you have a bright future ahead. Raise those children right.

Let me just go ahead and lay it out for you.
You can't be a smart ass, cocksucking douche-bag and then throw yourself on the sympathy of the court because you have to work.
And for the moron who made the "that'll really impress employers" comment in regard to graduating from college at 30 let me toss a great big FUCK YOU up the ass in your direction. Eat shit.
Not everybody lives off daddy's titty and gets to go to college at 18. Sometimes people make mistakes. Sometimes they decide to do other things for reasons (good and bad).
I didn't graduate from college until I was in my 30s. My reasons for doing so are insufficient.
I'm now an employer myself and as one, I guarantee you I'm a SHITLOAD more impressed with somebody who had the fortitude to go back and make a better life for themselves than i am some shit-eating douche who has zero life experiences and just strolled off a college campus with his collar popped.

Kaos, don't take my mentioning work as being unappreciative of having the opportunity to do so. Douchebag, probably. Looking for sympathy, absolutely not. Just sharing facts with a twat that assumes he knows books by their covers.

Things are fairly settled right now. As settled as they've been in a couple of years, really.
I've got to make a west coast trip before the first of the year and I always hit New England in mid December, but that's about all the out of state movement.

How was I defeated. You made a wild internet claim about how much money you make. Nothing to back it up. I make a million dollars a year!!! See how easy it is.
-
Let's see, B'ham says we have a PLOI, but nobody else, even the Turd sports shows are mentioning it? I think B'hams sources from the streets are actually the people that work the streets.
Wow, once again I am having to agree with Kaos, so the world must be ending sometime soon. The comment dogging a person for graduating college in their 30s was a bit ignorant. Like Kaos said, some of us had things that kept us from being able to go to college and graduate straight out of high school. Kaos sounds like he had a reason and so did I. Though I attended college on a grant in aid to play baseball, there were a couple of things, one being an injury and the other being something personal, that made it hard to finish college. So I joined the Army. After the Army I tried to go back to school, but then I was promoted to a management position in my new civilian job and that made it hard to go to school, so I completed the semester I was already in and did not go back.
Well, now in my mid 30s, I am back in school and finally able to consistently focus on my schooling and get my degree. So, if somebody wants to knock me for not getting my degree until my mid to late 30s, then who am I to say that person is an butthole?
-

No, assclown, you were defeated when you made the ignorant. moronic, foolish, stupid, asinine, ridiculous, turd-eating statement about Birmingham not impressing employers because he'll be in his 30s when he graduates from college.
Shows what kind or fool you must be. The rest is just grammar school-level smack. You work at Dave and Busters busing tables. I get that. You never graduated from college and are really impressing employers with your dishpan hands. I get that too. Don't try to compensate here.

Your military experience gains you all the credibility you will ever need. The leadership skills gained there will surpass any you wil every gain in college. My comments were aimed at someone who sits around and lobs insults and rumors at other fan bases and then trys to play the sympathy card when someone calls him out.
When you come on an Auburn board and start threads like "Auburn recieves PLOI" and "I Love Trooper Taylor" and proceed to say he is leaving Auburn to go to Alabama, they should expect to get shit back.
-

You mentioned you will be on the west coast later this month. I will be in San Diego at the American College of Gastroenterology meeting if you would like to discuss education level and income.

All you did with your post is insult more than half the people here who had the temerity, initiative and desire to improve their lives by working their way through school even when it required sacrifices on the part of them and their families.
Fail.

Once again, I will be attending the American College of Gastroenterology conference at the end of the month. You stated you were traveling to the West Coast. I could review your financial information and compare to my last two tax filings.

Tell me.
Couple of things stand out.
If this clown is a doctor he got his medical degree at the University of Can't Speak English, because he sort of sucks at that aspect of the game.
I also don't think I want to go to a doctor who makes message board posts in the middle of the day. No wonder patients sit around waiting rooms for hours after their scheduled appointment time has passed. It's because their doctor who got his degree from the University of Hogwarts, Hati Campus is bludgeoning his way through lame, poorly-written attempts at comebacks on a message board. Awesome.
I'm doubting doctor. Bedpan emptier, perhaps. Or maybe receptionist.

I think he just has issues. Always took swipes at me on AUN for what I do, and continues to do so here. I guess he thinks if he takes enough swipes, it might bother me.

I'm Batman, too.
It's true. But he's not the new Batman. Many times they find him leaping form building to building with only his cape on. It has been described as wrinkly and disturbing.

People of means and class don't have to do that. All work done honestly is good work. Only douches with low self-esteem try to take legitimate shots at people for the work they do. There are a couple of douches here. I've seen it. It's tacky and really points up their own insecurities more than anything.
Took a shot at me, too. Knows nothing about what I do. It's because he's insecure. And a puss.

No, I just don't go around bragging about it or ridiculing others for the work they do. Is the fact that I made more than half a mil last year relevant? What if I'd just made 25K, but I did something vital like working for the fire department?
Only a douchebag would slam people for what they do for a living and then raise the flag of their wealth when ridiculed.
If you do have money -- which I doubt -- you're either nouveau riche and don't know how to behave with class and grace or you're a complete ass wipe.

Thank you for proving your ignorance. You are the one that said you paid more in taxes (in one quarter) than I made in 2 years. That would mean you are the "douchebag that slams people for what they do for a living" and claim to "have money" so that means that you are "either nouveau rich and don't know how to behave or you are a complete ass wipe". Problem is, you tried to slam the wrong guy. You have now been called on it, and even if you made 500k last year (doubtful), your tax bill in no way comes close to my income. Once again, I can back my statements up. Can you?
-

Don't doubt, fucktard.
You behave like a typical Wendy's employee. If you are, in fact, a member of the medical profession then my esteem for that line of work has dropped about a dozen points.
Let's recap, shall we?
You blasted a guy because he's going to school in his 30s and made the crackpot statement that doing so would not impress employers.
Resounding ridicule -- not just from me -- ensued because yours was the comment of a titty-baby and douchewad. My only comment was that I was an employer -- which I am -- and that I am more impressed by the resume of someone who attempted to better his life than I am some fresh-from-college with no life experience twat-twaddle (you).
Your reply was to make snarky comments about managing Jason's Deli -- your lame ass attempt to prove your financial superiority. I busted you on it. You come off like the car wash guy at Beebos. If you are a doctor, God help us all. Or at least God help your patients. As I suspect you're little more than a glorified LPN, get back in there and clean up Mrs. Cumdiddle. She shit her Depends again.
You lose, fuckstick. You lose if I made 500k last year. You still lose if you made a million dollars more than everbody on this board combined. Money without class is trash. I'm closing the lid on you.

If you are a doctor, God help us all. Or at least God help your patients. As I suspect you're little more than a glorified LPN, get back in there and clean up Mrs. Cumdiddle. She poop her Depends again.
You lose, phukstick. You lose if I made 500k last year. You still lose if you made a million dollars more than everbody on this board combined. Money without class is trash. I'm closing the lid on you.
You try to make up for your lack of ability to make a point by using excessive amounts of profanity. That shows your lack of intelligence. Let me recap, you stuck your nose in a conversation that didn't involve you. You tried to do so by making yourself out to be finacially superior to me. Once called on it and you realized you were wrong, you tried to turn the conversation and make it appear that I had brought up money as a measuring stick for success. Once again, you were called on it. Now you have resorted to profanity and name calling because your argument no longer has substance. Once again, you have been called on it.
Now, please admit you were wrong and your tax bill for one quarter does not equate to my income. You will feel better for it.

I have to give this worst thread ever award.
Not only did it fall victim to Kaos's namecalling hijacks, this happened in response to a stupid comment to begin with, and that stupid comment was completely irrelevant to Auburn football. Add to that the fact that they keep bumping this asinine thread that was worthless when it was on topic, and you have what I believe to be the worst thread in TigersX history.
Congratulations! :bc:

I don't know what a bedpan emptier makes at the nursing home. So I can't profess to anything of the sort.
You, you stupid prick, started the "financially superior" shit with your smart ass comment about managing Jason's Deli. As you write, act and react like the average Taco Bell window worker, I naturally assumed your annual income was less than 50k. It probably is.
You didn't call me on anything. You showed your ass by making an ignorant and ill-informed statement and have been backfilling ever since.
You, sir (or madam) are nothing but trash no matter how much you claim to make.
The first line of the Auburn Creed according to 280Tiger? "I believe in work, hard work -- unless I deem that work to be beneath me." Right? And the second line is "I believe in ridiculing the hard work and effort of others." And the third: "I will wave my pretend wealth around on the Internet like a badass while ignoring the calls from my boss to make sure I don't burn the fries."
You could make a quatrillion dollars and have the means to personally settle the national debt. I wouldn't have a shred of respect for you or your opinions based on the clown act you've put on here.
Now, for the last time I am putting the lid on the this trash can.

Suck it, whore. There was no hijack. Put the blame where it belongs.
This thread -- which sucks -- was derailed not by me, but by the ass munch who thought it was cool to ridicule the work of somebody who is putting themselves back through school -- and then followed that up with waving his Monopoly money around.

I scoff at your income, especially when I'm drunk posting. Now, bring me white wine and your pay stub so that I may laugh uncontrollably.

No need to reply, just please look back over your comments. I didn't know the Jason's Deli comment would hurt your feelings so bad. You were the one that tried to claim superior income. All you had to do was admit you were wrong in your assumptions. If you would still like to dispute the issue, we can do so in person. I have stated where I will be at the end of the month.
You have, however, provided much entertainment as I have been on boring conference calls all morning. Sorry to anyone else that has read this thread.
Hey, Kaos... Thanks for playing!

Whats wrong with 25k a year? I need a big raise to come close.

Nothing unless you're an Ole Miss fan wannabe like 280.

I will vouch personally for Kaos's business success. I know the software services provided by his company. I have no idea what his financials are like, but I doubt he has exaggerated. Not that it matters, but if this derails this stupid thread, then I consider my input well worth it.

Is the software anything like schoolcast? Just wondering.

Not really. We work primarily with four-year colleges and state agencies.
Got a couple of spinoff products I'm working on that will fill a niche in the medical industry. That's the plan at least.

My buddy started High Ground Solutions. Schoolcast is one of his products. A real cash cow! Don't know if you have heard of the company or not.

Here's a company started by a couple of Auburn Alums. Mary is my first cousin.

You know, you work for a week or so and you never know what you might miss...
I disagree with Chad, this thread is like McDonald's, I'm lovin' it!
However, let me address a few things...
I'll be damned if I am going to sit here and let someone disparage Jason's Deli like that. That is a fine eating establishment. If Kaos was runnning one, you can guarantee that they would not have such a fine selection of sandwiches, soups and salads. So, back off the JD, Sally!
Who gives a Julio at what age you graduate from college? It has often been my experience that older students make better grades on average than students right out of high school. You know why? They understand the application of the material, they give a Julio and they know that they are there to make their marketability better, not just play beer pong and chase tail.
I work with doctors everyday. Not all of them are know-it-all, power hungry, boorish sociopaths, but as a group, not real pleasant human beings. Hannibal Lecter was a doctor, no?
Finally, if the two of you are going to insist on insulting each other further, please make it a little funnier. My interest was beginning to wane and I was considering making a bowl cut reference to get things back on track.
Proceed...

First off...welcome back Pale Rider.
Secondly, who cares what someone does for a living or how much they make? Does it make them a better person if they make more than the other? Nope.
Hell, I flip burgers for a living, so what...make fun of me, I don't care, I'll just laugh at ya. I've poked at Kaos for everything that he's stated that he's "done"....so what. I've even posted the picture of Farva in reference to RWS' job....so what. It's all been done in fun. But, when someone comes in claiming to be better or smarter than the other just because of what he does and or how much income they bring in, that's just classless. BTW, I'm over 30 and I'm still trying to make it through College, without Federal Aid or Grants. I mean I can only make so much flippin' burgers, so I have to take it slower than I'd like.

Work is overrated.
I've been on unemployment all year.
Nothing happening in my scope for a money maker. No need to work just for the hell of working.

Nail on the head. I have discovered that I seem to study more and care more about my grades now then I did in high school and my first go around in college. My first trip to college, I thought getting a "C" was great. Now, I would get pissed if I got a "C" in a class. I understand that what I am doing now is about my livelihood, not just a piece of paper
Your military experience gains you all the credibility you will ever need. The leadership skills gained there will surpass any you wil every gain in college. My comments were aimed at someone who sits around and lobs insults and rumors at other fan bases and then trys to play the sympathy card when someone calls him out.
You are correct to a point. While I only made it up to E-4 and the most I ever commanded as an infantry soldier was a squad, that experience did help me get me into a management position, without a degree, fairly quickly out of the Army and I was able to work my way up to higher positions. I even got my that first management position (Asst. QA), over some people that had degrees because the HR person that hired me knew that the military taught me an attention to detail that the other applicants may not have had. However, for jobs that required certain skills that can only can from a college degree concentrated in that area, such as engineering or teaching, those leadership skills from the military were not going to get me those types of jobs. I hit a ceiling as far as what I could do and make leaning on my experience without a college degree.

Funny thing....when we had a 75% layoff at my previous job of 10 years, my buddy told me that he's going to take a job makin' about $8...I was like, "Dude, that'll put you at $320 a week, I make $280 a week on unemployment....and I don't do a damn thing, except for post on TigersX, I'd just wait it out until a better job comes open." Well, he didn't take my advice, now he's fuckin' miserable. Plus, his new job is about 30 miles away...LOL.

I'm drawing out of Mn.
I could go and work at a fab shop 45 miles away. The math doesn't work out. I'd be working for about $3 an hour versus fishing and fucking around.
I ain't working for less than minimum wage.

Study a little harder.
Yeah, yeah, I caught that when I read it after I posted, but was too lazy to go back and edit it. I figured that most of the numb skulls on this board would not notice anyway. I did get an "A" in both my English Comp and Lit classes, so if I was writing a paper I would have corrected it. So, :fu:
Hell, the fact that I was able to pull out an "A" in English Comp and Lit classes speaks volumes about my change in attitude as an adult. I HATED English Comp and Lit in high school. No subject ever came as close to my hate of those subjects. I liked to read back then, but I hated being told what to read and I despised writing papers. Now, I find literature an interesting subject to study.
