"Unified Reich"?

Floating a 3rd term?

Still no concern?
None whatsoever. The hysterical beta left will scream over any idea. Trump is showing you the absurdity of the liberal controlled media. Your kind laps it up like dogs at the feet of your lord and savior barrack hussein obama. And I will gladly allow him to run for a third term IF he can change the constitution. I wish any candidate good luck with that.

The close he gets to winning, the more desperate you look.

As it is against the rules for a coach to promise money, unless Napier DID promise the money in writing or on tape, I’m not sure there is a case against him.
He said, she said.

I read an analysis that said the timing of the case was predicated on the NCAA being neutified (Sherrill-style).  I haven't read enough to know if that's a valid take, but it's...a take.

The controversy stems from accusations that Napier and his associates lured Rashada with promises of a highly lucrative NIL deal, only to renege on their commitment. This breach of trust reportedly led to Rashada withdrawing his commitment to UF, subsequently joining Arizona State University (ASU) before transferring yet again to Georgia, where he is expected to play backup to Carson Beck in 2024, with a view to becoming the starting quarterback the following year.

So, a non-enforceable commitment (the athlete's) was broken because the $$ (UF offer) didn't manifest?

Not seeing any contractual claims here.  Kid ended up with a DI scholly (unless he's going to make the really fun argument that a UF football scholly is worth that much more than a Pac 10/12...in some sort of detrimental reliance argument which would be really fun for CFB fans).

Assuming the allegation is correct regarding Napier being involved. I mean, nurra please, these coaches are pretty much openly talking about how they're navigating recruiting and NIL. Lord Saybinz blatantly said one of the main reasons he left was because 70% of the players only wanted to talk about how much he was going to pay them. Like that was somehow different than the 17 years before.

I have to think that Gusty Gaytor fans are less than stoked anymore about Captain Crew Cut running the show, and this would be an easy way out, most likely without having to honor any huge buyouts.
