We're in about as dead a period as there can be for message boards...in this area of the country. I know this is not the same thing but yesterday I tuned in to Finebaum for a few minutes and all I heard was

1. All them Aubies want to crow about 6 in a row but we just signed the best recruitin' class in the history of football and we beat them for a whole decade and we got 12 national championships......

2. Bobby from Homewood comes on here makin' accusations against a fine, upstanding individual like Burton Scott. I'd like to take him outside and whoop his ass.

3. Hey Paul, you think Tooberville's gonna' go duck huntin' and get any more therapy on his neck next year while Saban's out grabbin' up the greatest talent in the land?

Point is, there's only one fan base that can talk ad nauseum on one subject 24/7/365. SEC fans are as fanatical about their football team as any fanbase of any sport, but I imagine all of our message boards die down this time of year because hell...there's other shit going on in life. The Bammer message boards are lit up like Christmas trees and for 4 hours a day...EVERY single week day...Finebaum's show is inundated with call after call....

Is Finebaum syndicated? I would like to be entertained by the constant stream of BS that comes from his show. But I'm pretty sure Atlanta doesn't carry it. Could be wrong as I don't have time to listen to talk radio during the work day.

He's mainly syndicated throughout Alabama and the Florida Panhandle, so you won't find him in da ATL. Not that you're able to listen to anything but the sound of knocking the ass-end of a one hitter out of your window.
