He just now realized that it would be more appropriate for states to impose a ban on "workplace smoking" as opposed to the federal gom'et.  Shouldn't he have figured this out a while ago?

I guess that he realized that he was to the LEFT of Barack Obama, Dennis Kucinich, and the Hildebeast on this issue so he's decided to do an about face.
