1. Mario's parents filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition in the Northern District of Georgia Case 98-71945 on July 15, 1998.
2. His parents again filed bankruptcy on December 12, 2006, in the Northern District of Georgia on Case 06-76626 on December 22, 2006.
3. On April 1, 2005, his parents qualified to purchase a home through Wells Fargo for $195,000, but the home was appraised at $235,000. Three months later he commits to Da Barn. At that time, Mr. Fannin was unemployed.
4. His family owned the following vehicles, according to the bankruptcy petition.
1993 Pontiac Grand Am 2 door SL.
1994 Honda Accord DX
1998 Ford F-150.

Is there a relationship? I do not know. Does this mean anything? I do not know?I know that Mr. and Mrs. Fannin could not afford a nice Escalade.
