Would You Rather?

I'm going with the NIT.  As big as it'd be to get into the big dance, I think it would do a lot for us to win a championship.  I'm still hoping for an SEC tournament trophy, but if that fails, let's go out with a bang.

Thought so.  Fuck the NIT. It's a post season tourney that shouldn't even exist.  It's a joke.  Even if we draw Oklahoma and get drubbed by 25, I say NCAA all the way. 

The NIT will be another meaningless home game against Eastern Carolina that draws 2,740 fans and radio coverage only.

I'm seriously hoping that Auburn will make it into the dance but I think we're going to have to win the SEC Tournament to do so.

I agree. I think this year they are just on the edge. I want a hungry pissed off team next year that surpasses the minimum to get in.

I would like to have gotten an invitation to the dance for Barber's sake. Being a senior, we're going to miss this guy.  I have to admit, he was as much a part of their succes as anybody on the team.  This guy was a beast down the stretch and he may actually have a shot as a roll player in the NBA.  He's strong as hell and has a go to move or two.  Can't shoot a free throw to save his life but the rest of his game is the tits.
