I noticed an ESPN crew going down the hall of one of the engineering buildings I was in and thought that was odd and has bugged me all day. First, none of our sports programs right now are exactly ESPN material and the only one that would be is hockey. The season is too early for the hockey time to be making news like it did a couple of years ago when it made the Div-1 playoffs in its first year at that level. The fact that it was in an engineering building really baffled me further.
Well they school's website just let us all know the answer. Apparently some computer guru at UAT developed one of the computer models that the BCS uses and they were interviewing him. It is supposed to be on Gameday this weekend.
UAH..gets on ESPN one time for it's hockey team and a second time for it's geeks.
