Blaise Taylor (son of Trooper) arrested for murder.

Taylor, 27, moved to Utah after the deaths. He is accused of poisoning Benning without her knowing while visiting her Lebanon Pike apartment the night of Feb. 25.

She died on March 6th having gone the hospital Feb 28th, but there have been "months" of investigating?
