Don’t disagree. But even cox didn’t make some of the obvious boneheaded moves Snit made. Agree with token - why go away from what worked all year? Soroka was obvious. And sorry to say this but fukkk Freddie. I get he’s hurt. And if he was he should speak up. Because a replacement would have hit better than .138. He was Ice cold all series. And looked like he gave zero shits. Disinterested.

I know the deeper you go in the playoffs, the more it stings when they don't win.  But I think you always want to get in.  Baseball especially, because you never know.

Cards got hot down the stretch, which of course, was just at the right time.  They finished the regular season 20 games over .500 and had/have one of the hottest pitchers in biesbols in Jack Flaherty.  Them being in this position doesn't surprise me.  Well obviously it doesn't because I've been saying Cards/Yankees all season.  It's fate.

On a related note, if one of these match ups has Scherzer and Wainwright on the bump, I may have to go rub one out.
