Read where LSU et al. might have been hesitant due to the fact that he is getting taller which might explain why programs were thinking of him more as a tight end prospect, maybe even a linebacker.
There is also a disparity among a couple of his 40 times posted on teh Google's...one 4.4, the other 4.7+.
Anyway, word has it that Kavoisey Smoke is South Carolina bound which is the guy I wanted.
Regardless, hope Joiner turns out to be a real thorn in the side for those that snubbed him.
