Saban bought low, the same way he did with Kiffin.  I don't think Sark's phone was ringing much after the USC fiasco, and Saban gives 0 fucks about what the media thinks.  This was planned from the minute Sark was hired as an analyst IMO.  Saban knew that Kiffin had ran the course, and Sark was a built in replacement.

Maybe it was Scarb but I read somewhere that no one wanted to work for Saban in a coordinator capacity anymore. I believe that.
