The #4 Lady Tigers opened the season with a 9-0 no hit, mercy rule win!  Scored 7 in the first inning and cruised from that point on.

Yea but you take away that 7 run first inning and it's only 2-0!

Don't make me pull the "I know Kasey Cooper's family" card.  Damn it, I'll do it.

I can't say I did much more than follow them (think stalk) to see how they were doing.  Admittedly, I started paying attention when they had a chance at the big prize.  But, that was just because it was Auburn.  I like to see how Cooper is doing just because she's somebody we know from here.  That's about it.  I'm just not a fan of the game, no matter how hard I try.  I get it.  I've watched more than enough to understand the nuances of it.  It just doesn't appeal to me.

While Gus and the Waffle House gang screw around on the pigskin side, the Lady Tigers continue their winning ways by beating Appalachian State 22-5.

I was looking at the highlights of this game, and UCF is actually a pretty good team.  They beat #5 bama 8-2 last week.
