The song is called "Breakfast Can Wait." I can't find a full version of it, but the song doesn't sound interesting anyhow.
The interesting and funny part of this is that Prince used an image of Chappelle for the single's "cover." This image was also on Prince's Twitter account (@3rdeyegirl) on August 16, along with the text "Game: Blouses," so I presume this was actually done by Prince and not by some fan who just created a YouTube video.
