This game looks like it could be a little complex. But other than that, pretty interesting. Gameplay looks similar to the third person GTA series.
The premise is that you're a hacker who's being hunted by the authoritahs. You've got the ability to hack into a variety of things to solve problems and escape, such as using security cameras to direct a character on when to move and where to go, or raising barricades to stop police vehicles.
But not everything is done via these hacks. The game also includes weapons, melee attacks, and vehicles, from what I can tell in the following gameplay video:
