They will be cleared, just not yet. We'll never hear anything more about them...see Jeremy Elder (robbery at gun point on campus) & Jimmy Johns (selling drugs in the athletic department parking lot, as well as all the parties at the frat houses, Coach Saban didn't want someone on his turf slingin yayo besides him).

Elder got youthful offender, and is still on probation. He ended up at Troy. Johns did like 3 years in prison, and is playing in a developmental league in Mississippi.

Someone really ought to be following up on Woodruff and other "star" recruits after processing to see if the disgruntled have anything to say about Bama's recruiting practices.

I do feel bad for the dumbass kid is this case though. If he really wanted to go to AU then his handlers did what they did for whatever reasons $$$, then is sucks for him. If they could've not been greedy motherfuckers now, they could've gotten theirs when he made it to the league.
