Those with two brain cells to rub together will realize that Nicky's dismissal had all the effectiveness of dropping some RU486 after leaving the abortion clinic.

The dude was no longer a student at UA when Nick "dismissed" him from the team.

Not only that, "The Snowman" had been jailed for at least 2 HOURS before Coach $ decided to kick him off the team.
