Changes in MLB

It looks like the Astros are moving to the AL West to be a divisional Ranger rival...woo hoo.

In other news, the owners approved two additional wildcard teams to get in playoffs. It doesn't say in this article, but it looks like there could be 2 wildcard teams a division, that would play a 1 game playoff to advance in playoffs. If so, I really like this. This would give a couple more teams a chance, PLUS, it gives advantages to the division winners. A wildcard team would more than likely have to decide whether to throw their ace for one game, or wait until the playoffs. Nice. I think it can work all the way around...

This year, it would have meant we had to watch one more pathetic loss by the Braves.  Overall, I like the plan except for not having the Suckastros to beat up on anymore.

My doctor told me I needed to stop masturbating.  I asked him why, and he said, "because I'm trying to examine you."

OUR CUSHION!!!!!  NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

I like the wildcard thing though.  It will make it that much more difficult for a wildcard team to win it all.
