I thought that was the problem with AU right now? The talent is there, but not enough experience? You don't fix inexperience with inexperience, unless the new inexperience is highly talented. Which would mean your current talent wasn't that talented to begin with.

I know that's your default answer, but the point is valid. Beyond speculation, I have no idea what it's purpose is, but Chizad's take on it doesn't make alot of sense. If your current problem is inexperience, you're not sending something out to HS coaches saying "Send your inexperienced kids here because we're inexperienced and we need more inexperienced kids to help our inexperience problem!".

2 top 10 classes in a row, and setting up for the 3rd. Of 15 commits, 10, that's 2/3 are 4 star recruits. People scoffed at Tiger Prowl, laughed at Big Cat Weekends, and some here think a simple note that says "we took a young team on the road and got a big win, but we got more work to do, y'all keep working too" looks Bush League. The more important things on that little note are what's listed on the left, and the little hidden tidbit of "we have room on our roster for kids that want to play now".

I tell you what, I know you guys have your own business. Do this:

-Build a database of all clients and potential clients.
-When something good happens to your business, or something good happens to your business, send out a marketing e-mail or letter.
-Use the database to send out birthday and Christmas cards.
-Send out a monthly notice talking about things that are happening in the tax world or whatever.
-Watch your business grow
-Pay War Eagle!!! on residual commission based on that growth.
