Well actually it was a three member commission, but close enough.  Speak English sign ruled not discrimination.

For those of you wondering how to get around the claims of "discrimination".

We instituted an English only policy here about 2 months ago.  If they cannot speak, read, and understand our safety policies then we cannot keep them on due to the safety issues it presents.  Hence no speakie the english = no job.  That has solved all bitching about it being unfair.

Why you Racist bigot!  You could have at least done some signs and safety manuals in Spanish, Thai, and Vietnamese!  Wait until the Hildebeast gets elected...she'll see your "discriminatory practices" for what they are!  I can't tolerate racism!

I am only following OSHA's lead.  Since they do not print their materials in another language they must not want it in another language.  Fuck da man.  Two can play this game.
