AU BASEBALL: Morris signs with Brewers

We bid you good luck, Mr. Morris
As expected, Hunter Morris’ career at Auburn is over.
Morris inked a contract earlier this week with the Milwaukee Brewers, who drafted him in the fourth round of last week’s Major League Baseball Draft. Morris, who was named to the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association’s first-team All-America team Wednesday, led the SEC in home runs (23), RBI (76), slugging (.743) and total bases (202) while helping Auburn win the SEC Western Division championship for the first time since 1995. His totals for home runs and total bases marked the most in school history, and his 105 hits were the third most by an Auburn player during a single season.
