Had to go to Target. There was a "nurse" shopping there holding court in the empty toilet paper aisle and lecturing a circle of other shoppers about the specifics of this virus.
Among her nuggets of wisdom:
1) It can stay on your clothes for up to 90 days.
2) Everyone in that store already had it on them somewhere
3) If you drink enough water you will drown it because it will go into your stomach and you'll shit it out. That's why people need so much toilet paper
4) Get everything you can food-wise because the army is about to enforce nationwide curfews and rationing. You won't be able to leave your house and will be jailed if you try.
5) The government has already drawn up and provided death lists to the hospitals with determinations on who can receive critical care and who can't. Some of it is person-specific (wealthy, political, powerful) some of it is symptom based.
At some point she was asked where she worked and of course she's no longer a nurse, but used to be one.
If I wasn't afraid of the repercussions I would have taken my gun out and shot her.
