No really. Ghey. That's what G4 is going to.
Attack of the Show and Xplay apparently cost more to make than paying for reruns of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy.
The fate of G4, the TV network formerly devoted to video games, has been up in the air for some time. It has been officially announced that it will become the Esquire Channel next year.
Along with a name change, the channel will also see a switch in focus with plans to target an, untapped metrosexual viewership, and, shift the former gaming network to a destination more in line with the modern male, which is something that has been discussed for quite some time.
The reformatting has already begun with the announcement of the cancellation of shows like X-Play and Attack of the Show earlier this year.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine. What kind of brick and mud business model is that. Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve. Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty. Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it. That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."
