I was there '96-'00.

My last football season was '99. Three headed rushing attack of Rusty Williams, Clifton Robinson, and Markeith Cooper. Best running back was our best blocking back (Heath Evans). Only highlight was spanking UGA in Athens when Ronney Daniels did three lines of coke and just ran by everybody all night long.

#3 Neiko Thorpe (I don't fuckin care that he won some sort of award) - had a promising freshman season when he was Neiko Lipscomb, changed his name, then things turned to shit.

He almost made the list. Almost. Mainly because he's symbolic for the 2008 season, but when I remembered that he contributed to the 2010 season, I couldn't put him on the list.

Neiko Torched has to be on my list. I can't think of another player in AU history that I consistently

'd over that much. I kept wondering if the guys behind him were really that bad...or if he walked in on Chiz and a little boy in the shower or what.

I facepalmed more the second half of last season over Clint Moseley than I have in 3 years of Neiko.

I may get hung for saying this but I would take Daniel Cobb over Moseley. Hell I would take Chris Todd in his first year over Moseley with Tony Franklin as Todds OC.

Todd = Heisman compared to Moseley.

I'm ashamed I lobbied for him one time over Trotter. Never will I do that again. JR is right - the backup is always the most popular guy on the team per the fans when the starter ain't doing so hot. I keep thinking the same about Neiko. I'd hate to see his backup the last 3 years if he was the best thing we had to put out there.
