Kosovo Troubles

I could've sworn that Clinton and Maddy Albright brokered a peace accord to settle this situation "once and for all" back in 1999?  I'm not seeing much political progress here; I think that the US and NATO forces need to be withdrawn from Kosovo in order to pressure the Kosovars to govern themselves (what the Dim-ocrats say is good for Iraq should be good for Kosovo):

The general public has forgotten that we were ever there, so the politicans don't give a shit.

I hate being a pawn in the presidential race.

Well, they've forgotten it because the Lame Stream Media doesn't report it.  As yall know it was a "Clinton intervention" initially buy regretably President Bush is now supporting it too.  If a Republican had initially intervened in this situation they'd still be harping on it.

What makes me so damn mad about this is that Kosovo is 95 % Muslim and we're defending their ungrateful little piss ant country along with NATO without getting any kind real political quid pro quo from the followers of the Religion of Pieces (Islam).  Nobody reports either that Serbia is a very tight ally with the Russians (and Serbia is 95% Christian by the way); not that the Ruskies are our friends but there's no sense in further alienating them politically by supporting the Kosovars.

It is a mess and I predict there'll be another war there sooner than later.  They don't call that area of the world the Balkan Powder Keg for nothing.
