What's funny is the probation officers send them there to live because of the laws.

     In Miami, they have a camp under a bridge, and it's not a small one either.

When I saw this on TV, that is the first thing I said to my wife. Perfect place to drag someone and nobody hear them. There are places for these people to live, but they refuse to move to Alaska.
