The photographer said the kid was up and walking around, so there was no disability. These parents need to be shot - and she is sitting in the stroller that she is clearly too fat and too old for, and eating a fucking ice cream cone...
Just... damn.

It's a thyroid problem.
-
It is child abuse.
After spending 3 years in the public school system, I'd say 60% of parents abuse children in some fashion.

You skinny people are all the same, Always hatin on the fat people. You can be addicted to alcohol, drugs, sex, just about anything and people will feel somewhat sorry for you and call the addiction a disease. But if you just like to stuff your face and have a hard time not doing it, you're screwed.

This looks like it would be a DHR field day.

It's not child abuse. It is society's fault for not providing the family with the correct nutritious foods to keep them from having to buy the cheap fattening stuff. In other words, it's your fault.

Alcohol = Partying.
Drugs = Euphoria.
Sex = Seeing a glimpse of God (Reference, The Da Vinci Code)
Food = Lethargic, greasey, smelly and heavy breathing with tiny spit particles spraying out, farts, Global Warming, slow, unable to defeat the insurgents, and two seats on an airplane.

I feel ashamed. What have I done to this child?
