Title: Sugar Bowl Spread
Post by: ggraf71 on January 02, 2009, 05:02:49 PM: So I made a couple bucks on the Rose Bowl yesterday, and I'm kinda stuck as to where I need to go tonight. The lines are:

Alabama: -10 (Spread) and -400 on the moneyline also Over/Under is 46 points.

Question. Can Utah hang with the Tahd and cover, and over/under 46 total points.

Any Help?

Post by: Pell City Tiger on January 02, 2009, 06:52:33 PM: I think it's going to be closer than most folk think. Bama had a hard time covering the Gator spread (sans their speediest player) and I think they will not have as easy a time with the Utes as Finebaum, Ratta, and Karle think they will.

I'd take the spread, but stay away from the over/under. This one could be high scoring.

chOklahoma is a 3 point dog also with no action on the moneyline or over/under.
