Title: AU vs Ball State

Is it just me? This is not a good team. The SEC is going to break Jackson  Arnold in half.

This team is getting better each week. There’s a lot of talent running around out there. We are trying to figure out how to out it all together.
The offense did a good job. There were times we tried to force the long ball and instead of just tossing it up, the QB refrained from turning it over.

I like where we are headed.

There are two ways to approach a cupcake game like this.

1) you can try to run up the score to make a “statement.”  That’s what bama did on Saturday. 
2) you can take things that are problematic and work specifically on those areas.  That’s what AU did.

Far be it from me to praise Freeze because I still do not like him at all. But I did appreciate the methodical, structured approach to Saturdays game. 

Things that I found concerning? 

A) Arnold’s arm.  Not impressed.  He’s not Uncle Rico’ing it like Arch, but his throws look fat.
B) Inconsistent OL. Speaks for itself.  Looked early like they figured they could just stand around and Ball wasn’t going to try. 

South will be a better test.
