Some of you already know, but for those of you that don’t. My world was turned upside down on December 9th when my 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia out of nowhere. We were admitted to Children’s Hospital and on the 14th she had gotten so bad that she went into cardiac arrests. Her heart was stopped for 5min but they go to her back. Since then, she’s has been on a ventilator and a ton of other things in PICU. We’ll tonight, they just took her off the ventilator and she is doing much better!! We still have a long way to go with chemo and everything, but this is the best present!!!

Bless you brother. Hang in there.
May a miracle take place.

It's been a while since I've been on here so I just wanted to give an update on my daughter. She made it through the first round of chemo and it sucked beyond words. Infection after infection and everything else in the world. We got to go home for a few days and went back for round two of chemo, it was much better. I just brought her back home for another few days before heading back for round three. After another month, we will go back home and then go back for a bone marrow transplant. still a long road ahead but I am happy to say that she is in remission!!

That's great news, especially after such an incredibly rough start. Hang in there.

That's a tough row, but your girl seems like a fighter. Congrats on the remission!
Thanks for the update, the reprobates here won't admit it, but we...I mean they...were hoping the thoughts/prayers might be helping.
