** Good day. Long scrimmage. Extremely hot. Guys had to fight through. Over 100 plays. Ones and twos close to 40 plays each. Live field goal, two-minute situations, 75-85 percent run.
** Gatewood and Sandberg were both live today. Cord did a good job protecting the football.
** Really good info on OL. Big day for the RB. Close to having two-deep figured out.
** No major injuries was a plus in physical scrimmage.
** Had two RBs put ball on ground. Everybody had a chance to carry the ball today.
** Most of the young guys got about 10 carries including Harold Joiner. Devan Barrett did a little of both but played more WR today. He's really starting to develop into a good WR.
** Close to settling on starting OL.
** Kaleb Kim getting a lot of reps, you can tell he's improved. Mike Horton did not get reps at center today, just right guard.
** Jack Driscoll and Austin Troxell both got equal opportunities to work with first-team at right tackle today.
** Some of the young WRs got reps with the ones today.
** Defense playing extremely well. Expectations are high.
** The three D had a scoop and score.
** Harold Joiner is coming along. Playing slot WR and has ability to run the ball. Very versatile.
** Did live punt today. Good battle going on.

** Whitlow, Cox and two other guys are rotating at Wildcat. Still looking at it, haven't settled on who it would be. Won't reveal who other two are. Not sure how much they will use Wildcat.
** Coyniss Miller has got a skill set. Just trying to get him into shape. He's pushing everyday.
** Will focus on special situations the last couple of days of camp. School starts Monday. May have a young guy scrimmage on Sunday.
** Charles Barkley and Takeo Spikes did super jobs talking to team. Challenged guys to take the next step. Special time, great Auburn men.
** Will have movie night, rookie night, bowling coming up for players. Been a good fall camp but got to finish.

** A lot of downhill running. Very physical, very good for team.
** Shaun Shivers and JaTarvious Whitlow both had TD runs.
** Big stepping stone for offense today.
** Just likes watching Shivers, so physical and fast. Good kid. Does all the right things. Going to be a big-time player for us.
** Jarrett Stidham has grown tremendously from last year. Leader of this team. Excited for him. Taken a huge step from last year.
** He thinks walk-on Sam Sherrod had scoop and score today for 3rd team D.
** Harold Joiner has done very well. He's catching balls and is physical too. Going to help out as a true freshman. Has body type to be an H-back but not sure what his future will hold. Playing mostly WR now.
** Seth Williams is good. Making tremendous catches, one-handed grabs. All the freshmen WRs are doing very well. Fun to watch Flash run (Schwartz).
** On Cox-Cat -- I'm excited about it. Not going to do any of that spinning stuff. Will do whatever coaches ask. Whitlow very versatile, picks things up easily.
** Spencer Nigh has done very well as a backup H-Back. Want to be very physical as a group.
** Thinks offense has taken huge step from spring.
** Cord Sandberg good fit for Auburn, always on I-Pad learning offense. Told Chandler "it felt good" to get hit for the first time in about six years today.We also talked with Jeremiah Dinson, Nate Craig-Myers and Javaris Davis, but they split them up around the room. Not much breaking news but Dinson said his shoulder is good and he's ready to hit now, they're just keeping the orange jersey on for precautionary reasons.
