So far the recordings she has released are showing her to be a bit whacky. 
Kelly didnt  threaten her. He basically said leave now quietly so we don't have to go after you for these issues. Companies do it all of the time to give the person a chance at another job. 

She is looking a bit unhinged. And ungrateful.
