That'll be very helpful.

Also, schools can no longer block transfers...meaning if Jalen Hurts decides to leave the bama program, he can transfer to Auburn and redshirt (as long as he doesn't play in more than 4 games).

This is getting ridiculous.

The next thing you know freshmen will be able to play.

Minnesota Safety Kendarian Hand-Holly 6'2" 210lbs. is transferring to Auburn. He'll enroll in August and be eligible to play next season, he'll have 3 years of eligibility.

Tall safeties rarely become exceptional.
I hope he’s the exception.

Few safeties become exceptional regardless of height.

True, but taller ones usually do not perform as well at the highest level. It’s just an oddity I’ve noticed over the years.

Makes no difference at all.  NFL safeties range from 5'9" to 6'3".  Marcus Allen of the Steelers is 6'2".  So is Maurice Alexander of the Seahawks.  If you can play the position, you can play it, regardless of height.

He's listed as 6'2", but he's likely a tad shorter. Average height of the safety position, in the NFL is 6'0"...I'm sure that extra inch won't hinder his exceptional abilities. He'll be exceptional...unless he isn't.

So we either have an NFL caliber tall safety, or another also ran?
I stand by my observation. You don't see a lot of really good tall safeties.
I would love to have one, but the odds are against it.

Why is he leaving Minn.?

Take it from someone who knows. Even an extra 4 inches has never hindered my abilities.

There are several wives and girlfriends of the x that can attest.

Derrick Moncrief transferred in from JUCO. Was a step slow. But apparently good enough at OK. St.
