This is not a "terror attack."
One person deciding to exact revenge or whatever this guy was doing is vastly different than an organized religious sect engaging in calculated acts of mayhem designed to further an ideology -- an an overt act sanctioned, applauded and celebrated by adherents to that ideology.
This is no more a "terror attack" than the shooting lunatic in Washington was.

Oh dear god.
Listening to British radio. They are beating the terrorist drum like crazy. Making direct parallels and drawing no distinction between this and Manchester.
I cannot believe how stupid and blind people are.
It's like saying one guy who robs a gas station is exactly the same as the mafia. That a guy who makes himself a sandwich is the same as the Subway chain.
Yeah this guy was wrong. But he was acting on his own. Its just not "terrorism" as the word is now defined.

This is a bit of devil's advocacy, but it is a reasonable argument that white nationalism, particularly in Europe, is also an epidemic that should be covered as such. That can be true and the same can be true simultaneously of radical Islam. It's not either-or.

Since his name is Darren Osbourne and not Dagha El Mahmoud...not terrorism, just a confused individual, isolated incident. Got it.
