Title: Amongst All The Bullshit We Had To Hear About USC & Ohio State Last Week...
Post by: AUChizad on September 15, 2008, 11:17:30 AM
Not a single word was uttered about Shareece Wright's felony charge that week.

If anyone saw College Football Live any day within the last week, you know all about the extensive history of both schools, what recruiting for next year is looking like for both schools, up-to-the-second updates on Beanie Wells's condition, and whether Ray Maualuga wears boxers or briefs when he's not sporting a thong.

Somehow this story didn't even make a corner of the ESPN college football page, or a mention in passing on the air.

The announcers didn't mention it, but it was prominently displayed on the score crawl.

Yeah, I saw it on the ticker at least 50 times Saturday.   They should have mentioned it at some point....but...you know....

Yes, but America really wanted to know what kind of suit Beanie Wells was planning on wearing into the stadium, and how Pete Carroll washes his fingernails to make sure all the grit is gone after practicing his team.

I noticed it on the ticker an hour and a half before Gameday aired.  I think 1 1/2 hours is plenty of time to get a little cue card ready, don't ya think?
