In other baseball news, Auburn picked up a commitment from Joshua Anthony today. Anthony plays JUCO ball at Western Oklahoma State College, where he batted .425 with 20 homers, 71 RBIs, and scored 79 runs in 2015. He also tallied 18 stolen bases. This season, he is hitting .493 with 8 home runs and 34 RBIs in just 21 games.

A&M scores 4 runs in the top of the 9th to break an 8-all tie and take game 1 of the series, 12-8.
The loss drops the record to 9-9 (0-1). Game 2 of the doubleheader starts at 5:30.

Auburn hands A&M just their 2nd loss of the season with a 9-7 win in game 2.
Our Tigers are standing toe to toe with the #3 ranked Aggies and are making a great showing thus far in this series.
With the win, the record improves to 10-9 (1-1). The rubber match is tomorrow afternoon.

Auburn falls 12-10. Although we lost 2 of 3 to the #3 ranked Aggies, we gave them a run for the money.
With the loss, the record drops to 10-10 (1-2). We play Alabama State Tuesday at 6pm and then head to Fayetteville for the weekend series against the Hogs.
