I'll let you all in on my secret.

Late night pizza, ice cream, peanut butter and nanner sammiches, ice cream, hamburgers, steak, ice cream, pizza, pizza rolls, chicken fingers, ice cream, peanut butter straight from the jar, ice cream, fried chicken and mashed potatoes, ice cream, and lots of television time on the couch.  Oh...did I mention ice cream?

A 6' 9" Ranger? Never heard of such. I would've thought that too tall a boy.

Gaining the weight is not a problem for me but the height is more of a challenge. However, this article got me to thinking about ways to get taller.

I've got to get serious about trying out for the NFL if I'm ever going to do it, all b.s. aside. I'm running out of time at 47.
