What the fuck?
I can't really wrap my head around this.
So someone could take a phone or camera and aim it underneath girl's skirts, take a picture, and no one could do anything about it? But if that girl or that girl's boyfriend slugs the person taking the photos, they're going to jail, right?
Later in the article in mentions that some states have reworded or amended current laws about voyeurism. Hopefully every state does.

I got in trouble a couple of years ago dong this very same thing.
They told me, first off, you ARE NOT SCOTTISH. So take off the kilt and stop posting pictures of your upskirt.
