Meeechigan hires bammer OC Nussmeier.
Wonder if Lord Sabbinz will hire a HUNH guy? **'snicker**

Lame Kiffen to bama.

So Borges got fired? I must have missed that memo.

Yep. Offense slid backwards for three years.

That would be Epic and...bananas.

The train wreck that ensued over the next decade would be stupendous.

Will honestly admit, I had to ponder on that one a minute.
Subtle racial hussle. Nice.

It's like nobody gets me today.

Some others of us got it. We were just offended.

This whole thing is fishy. It wasn't the bamturds offense that got exposed. It was their defense. Two teams beat them using the HUNH (looked like the same offense).
So what's up with the OC leaving?
Has Gus really ruined everything for them?

I hope so, and if we are REALLY lucky Lame Kiffin actually ends up there.

This. I think they were averaging right at 40 a game going into the Iron Bowl. Not good enough?

Michigan made him a ridiculously stupid offer for ridulously stupid amounts of money. Makes him one of the five highest paid assistants in the country (he was making $680K at bammer). Even the Michigan homers I know are appalled at the $$$.
Loved this quote:
"I think this is a good move for him because at Alabama, he would never get the credit he's due because everybody thinks you should have always success there because of all the talent," Arizona Cardinals quarterback Drew Stanton, who was coached by Nussmeier at Michigan State, said in a telephone interview. "At Michigan, they've had an identity crisis on offense and he can help them out a ton with that and it can help him become a head coach soon.

Even with outrageous $, it sounds like Saban didn't want to keep him. And, I agree that there d was exposed against the spread. Again. Aiiiight?.
And it looks as if he's pointing the finger as usual. Stanton's quote makes sense. Nuss can probably work his way into a hc gig quicker at a place like Meeeechigan. And, I would imagine it's less pressure.

31 should be enough to beat OU. It was the D that got pantsed.

The hottest club this season is...
Who knew Stefon was a US C fan?

You're right, however, with the loss of McCarron, and the resurgence of Auburn the time was right for them to make a change. I don't see Sabinz going wholesale for the HUNH, but I think OU showed them you can do it part time and be very effective with it. New QB? Why not go ahead with a new(er) system too.
-
My personal theory is that wee one was really about to jump ship and head to Austin until Mack the knife in my back decided to put the kibosh on it. Now, he's been forced to scramble to try and keep his recruiting class and even his staff. I look very forward to seeing the trainwreck ahead if he does hire Kiffin as his OC. Those two egos won't fit on the same field...

Well this has him written all over it.
