Well, not really made new, but colored and altered so as to look like present day high definition pictures.

Taylor was probably more womanly and sexier in her prime, but Hepburn aged so much better.  If you're talking one day, one week, one year even? Taylor if you get to pick the year.  If you're talking longevity?  Audrey.
