"Hold on, hold on...is he dead?  Because if not, I've got another clip."

That's John Boehner's jurisdiction.

I don't know why they didn't approach that car before they did, but it probably saved their lives.  The last place in this world that I would want to be, is in a gun fight against a man with an assault rifle, when all I have is a .40 pistol.

Kudos to the officers.

If I ever get questioned about unloading my gun while the bad guy is on the ground, I'm gonna show this video.

Hell yeah the dude was still moving....every time a bullet hit him!

I'm really surprised this guy isn't suing their ass over excessive force and police brutality. Oh yeah, I guess that would be kinda hard to do, wouldn't it? So, that's the reason for popping him with the extra clip.

I've tried to contact the guy and sign him up, but I can't get him to answer.

Go to the Utoobs and read some of the comments after this video.  We live in a fricked up world.  Speaking of the Youtoobs, last week I was up front and one of the secretaries, who is a big Florida fan, made some comment about it being Tim Teblow Day or some shift like that.  I came back with a couple of Corrine Brownisms about he gusty play.  One of the other secretaries didn't know what we were talking about so I told her to pull up the UTubes and check it out.  I walked around there while she was typing.  Apparently, she wasn't familiar with Youtube....and typed in something close....but not quite.  She hits enter and you know how there's that 3-4 second pause where you're not quite sure that what you're looking at is really what you think you're looking at?  Don't know what she typed but it was some serious pornage.  I was going, "What the...?"  She panicked and all she could do was try and cover the screen with her hands.  The other ladies were trying to run over and see what the commotion was.  Even I was embarrassed.

Nope.  Too many people around for me to show her my assault weapon.

I've watched this several times now and have a few observations and questions:

1.)  The guy yells, "Kill me" a couple of times after he gets shot in the gut.  Wish granted.

2.)  Who is saying, "I have a pistol" at approximately 1:27?  Or am I mishearing that statement?  I'm pretty sure everyone involved in this shootout knows who has a gun by that point.  It's a male voice that is pretty quiet, and it overlaps the male cop's voice.  I think he also said, "Are you okay?" shortly before that, but I still have no clue whose voice this is.

3.)  I noticed the white car behind the white van.  The van speeds forward, just as the shooting starts, whereas the car stops.  After a couple of seconds, the car goes into reverse and gets the fuck out of there.

4.)  Was the female cop shouting at her partner to stop shooting when he unloads his clip and kills the guy?  Shortly before he started firing, I heard her tell him to provide cover while she calls dispatch.  Once he starts shooting, she starts screaming like crazy.  I can't tell if she's trying to speak to dispatch over the sound of gunfire, or if she's trying to get him to stop shooting.

I don't know about you, but watching this is as close to porn I can find.

I dunno but bottomfeeder says all this points to a state sponsored false flag operation.

1.  Yeah it looks like it was suicide by cop.

2.  I read a comment on Reddit that said in Ohio, if police draw their guns, the law states that you must disclose any weapons you have on you.  I have no idea if that's true or not.  But there's definitely a guy there and it really sounds at first like he wants to help them take the guy out.

3.  "Oh fuck!  Travel back in time!"

4.  She was calling dispatch.  You can hear her trying to shout their location and need for an ambulance.

I believe it was suicide by cop too. Not a false flag operation, just stating that it's Boner's jurisdiction.

Makes sense.  Although he was a little late to help.

Ohio has some of the strictest laws in the country. They don't play up there.

My own personal opinion is that if two cops are in the car, one should be assigned an M4 (or P90). And said M4 should stay with that cop everywhere the cop goes. (Need to take a shit? Learn how to do it with an M4). As the driver approaches a vehicle, the M4 cop should have the weapon at ready. This would eliminate many would be shooters from attacking. As soon as this guy stepped from the vehicle, a trained cop with an M4 would have eliminated the threat before any round was fired. People are crazy, we need to always account for that.

How many traffic stops have two officers in the car? Wait for backup if there is only one officer at the scene? There is no time to wait for a back-up here. Bulletproof windshields should be standard along with some armored body parts. There is another solution. First of all, the officer should not crawl up the suspect's ass with his vehicle giving more room for error on the assailant's part when they fire a weapon. Secondly, disabling a vehicle would distract and cause more panic on the suspect's part (microwave technology has this one). Thirdly, I much prefer the M3 in this situation because of the knock down power of the .45 round and automatic firing capability.
