UT's AD is a retard. I can stand at the plate and swing out of my shoes. I have no chance of making contact let alone getting it to the fence.

The only problem I see is the way they managed UT fans' expectations.

Go after a guy like Gruden, but do it behind closed doors.

Now, anyone they get will likely be a disappointment.
