...for The Pharaoh; actually much more devastating than I had thought. Polling trends in the key swing states have been moving toward Romney since the day after the debate but today we find that Romney has taken a lead in the Rasmussen Daily Swing State Tracking Poll and he's also taken a lead in the RealClearPolitics aggregate poll for the overall national election. I think this latest information will force them (RCP) to place Wisconsin and Michigan back into the Toss-Up category. Bad news for The ONE.
And this comes two days before we get to watch Paul Ryan take on hapless Joe in the VP debate. As a sidebar, I'll be watching that debate at my brother's house with him and a few of his elitist, white-wine sipping, academic-type, liberal, Democrat friends which should end up with them calling me and Paul Ryan "racists"...again.

I've never seen Biden debate. Some liberal friends claim it's his forte. True or no?

Just don't say the word "boy."

Cuckoo pants: Media lapdogs offer new entry in Handbook of Racial Code Words; ‘Romney’s sons’

Romney talking about his sons, during the debate, was racist? #headdesk h/t @Talkmaster

No, really. That’s the latest entry in the Handbook of Racial Code Words. If you thought the Left was done self-parodying themselves, boy, were you wrong! We thought they may have stopped at “peanut butter†or “bread basket†or “kitchen cabinet†or “chair,†for goodness sake. But, no. Now the mere mention of his five boys by Mitt Romney during the debate in Denver? Totally a dog whistle and “sly†racism.
Once again, Twitter users were prescient and predicted just such lapdog media buffoonery.
RJ Moeller @rjmoeller
Romney was probably being #racist when he compared #Obama to his sons when they are lying about something. #debates

So, Obama is defending his piss poor performance by saying Romney was mean? #tcot
Milkshakes Anytime @MomMilkshake
@RBPundit and of course, Romney was racist when he drew the analogy between O lying and his sons. In racial code, he was calling O "a boy"

And, the predictions came true, once again. Rachel Maddow was the first to don the unhinged desperation cap.
Ben Howe @BenHowe
Congrats to Rachel @maddow who found the racist dog whistle. Romney referring to his sons was equivalent to treating Obama as a lesser.

But, it wasn’t just Rachel Maddow. Piers Morgan evidently heard the “dog whistle†that only racist lefties can hear.

. @MittRomney sets a winning tone in first pres. debate; Turkey has retaliated, has no interest in war w/ Syria. NTKN: piersmorgan.blogs.cnn.com/2012/10/04/nee…
Patrick Bailey @Pdelanox
@PiersTonight did not like the racist tinge when Romney tried to belittle the President by telling us that he had five boys

As did MSNBC’s Chris Hayes.

Did Mitt Romney just compare the President to one of his "boys" ?

He’s uncomfortable calling our fallen troops “heroes.†But he’s totally fine with hurling vile accusations of racism!
Maria Hussein Obama @Maria212302
He's so racist and offensive and doesn't even realize it RT @chrislhayes Did Mitt Romney just compare the President to one of his "boys" ?

Next came radio host Thom Hartmann.
John Considine @john_considine
Thom Hartmann said Romney is a racist and called Obama "boy" when he referred to his sons as boys. When will it end. #cmonman

Dee @DAbitty
Thom Hartmann finds Mitt Romney's boys lie story highly suspect. I have to say, I found it pretty awful, as well.

Sigh. Look, lefties: If you automatically think of Obama when you hear the word boy, you are the racist.
And a writer at Harper’s Magazine.

More from The Examiner:
Mitt Romney “slyly†proved he’s a racist last night while describing his tax plan. Did you notice? No? Anyone? Harper’s Magazine’s Kevin Baker embarrassed himself in accusing Romney of trying to lock down his allegedly-racist base during last night’s debate.
“[Obama]didn’t show a spark of anger, even when Romney slyly found a way to call him a boy, comparing Obama’s statements to the sorts of childish lies his ‘five boys’ used to tell,†Baker laments today. “How the right’s hard-core racists must have howled at that! Mitt, at long last, has secured his base.â€
Sly racism! That wily Mitt Romney! He probably hatched a nefarious plan decades ago to have five sons so that one day he could, you know, talk about them. But not as a father or anything. For sly code purposes only!
Imaginary dog whistle? Or dog whistle that only true racists, like those on the Left, can hear? We think they doth project too much. Also, all that Kool-Aid drinking has made them, you know, insane.

MSNBC laughs at your poll.
Two days after the debate I ran across some clown on there talking about how irrelevant the debate was and how nobody "won" or "lost" because no trophies were awarded.
When somebody awards a real trophy then you could talk about a winner. But until then, nobody "won."
He was scoffing even.

He's touted as being "great" at debating but the only real debate that I've seen him in was his one debate with Sarah Palin. I thought he was mediocre but she wasn't all that great either, quite frankly (even though she was easy on the eyes).

The biggest issue that I have with most of these polls is that they are weighted to a greater or lesser degree towards the Democrat side based on the 2008 election year model; they do not take into consideration the dynamic changes of the 2010 mid-term election. It could certainly be argued that the 2008 model is better because it represents the latest presidential election but I think that is not exactly the best basis for the political temperature of the country right now; at least up to recent days anyway when the public has been able to see and hear Romney and The Pharaoh without the MSM filters. As with everything one has to take it con grano salis and only real poll is the one on November 6th.
