Anyone ever sold a home on your own before?
I'm needing some help because there's no way we can afford a 6% commission to sell right now.

We did about 12 years ago, but we had a good friend that was a Realtor and relied on her assistance to get through a few areas.

The hard ones.

We tried to do it and it sucked. You have to work hard at it. After 6 months we decided to bite the bullet and list with a realtor.
Want to move to Hoover? I know where you can get a great deal on a house.

My mom was in real estate before moving on, she always said to ask the real estate folks to do 4% and you will buy from them also ( This depending on your situation)
