Auburn's second Oscar.
In 2005, Nels Masden, Auburn University professor, took one home for Lord of the Rings. His technology that brought Gollum to life, and was used in Polar Express, etc. revolutionized the art form, and is still being used today.

If you saw Dinner for Schmucks, she was the black chick that talked to dead animals at the dinner. There was also a thread about her in the Haley Center not long ago. Pay attention son!

Ahhhh....the name just didn't ring a bell. Well, good for her anyway. Nice to see a positive non-redneck bammer type representative from our state on the national scene.
