Took the youngest to the beach today. Swam, ate a little, the usual. On the way out she wanted to, as always, hit either Surf or Souvenir City. I chose Surf.
We're upstairs and she's checking out some sun dresses she thinks I will buy for her. She weaves through a couple of racks and I lose sight of her. I can hear her but no longer see her. So I start trying to look around and over the racks to find her.
In the same vicinity was a scantily clad teenager (between 16 and 18 probably) and her posse. Nice tan, great hair, tight, and barely clothed. In most situations I would probably have looked. But I was more concerned with finding my kid and I'd already spent the day watching the constant parade on the beach. I'd seen plenty that topped her.
The hoor grabbed her boobs and said "See anything you like, Pops?" as her posse giggled.
"Everything but the mouth, baby. Everything but the mouth" I replied, having found my little one and gotten her by the hand. And then I turned and walked away as profanity rained on the heads of me and my little girl.
