Here's my review of the MTV Video Music Awards.

Katy Perry, who I usually adore, seemed spaced out and incoherent.  She came across as incredibly stupid and shallow.  And she wore a yellow box on her head.

Nicki Minaj (I have no idea who she is) looked like she had fallen into a dumpster and then allowed an abominable snowman that ate only sherbert to shit on her head. 

Justin Beeper carried a small snake in his hand and looked even frailer than Steve Jobs.  Insert multiple jokes here.

Mr. Gaga went Garth Brooks and tried to pass herself off as a Ralph Macchio clone named Joe Calderone.  Even for somebody who lives on the edge of weirdness this was way too much.  I think this idiotic stunt will cost her and signals the (thank god) beginning of the end of her relevance.

Miley Cyrus remains one whorish twit and thankfully was not a factor.  She tried her best to glam it up, but a pig wearing lipstick is still a pit bull.

The whole exercise was just awful.  The only exceptions were three Disney princesses young and old who all carried themselves well. 

Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez and even Britney each rose above the shitstorm that was the rest of the show.

You didn't even report on the OMGHUGEBIGGESTMOMENTEVAH from the awards last night - Beyonce is PREGGERS!!  Apparently her showing a bump sparked the single largest Twitter/Twatfest ever... this "news" even made the NBC Nightly News tonight.

I loathe Beyounce.  Fuck her overrated ass.  Her voice is like nails on a chalkboard.  Zero talent.

Not defending per se...

But at least Beyonce and Jay Z are married.  And he is 41 and this is his first kid.  For the demographic that reveres them the most, this is groundbreaking and revolutionary.
