But I did speak to a supervisor who said the person that hung up on me would be dealt with. 

And they did schedule a company which will come out on Monday afternoon to fix the A/C for $60. 

Once it gets fixed, I understand why I pay the monthly fee.  Dealing with AHS is another story.
